Paul's Big M was formerly the New York Central Train Station built in 1906 - trains regualarly came thru until 1953. In 1954 the building was renovated into a Supermarket. Paul Heins purchased the business in 1977 and he did several big renovations. Paul also added PJ's Ice Cream Shop . In May 1999 Paul Heins' daughter Karen Connors took control of the store.

Paul's Big M has grown its business by approximately 6 percent each year for the past three years. In October 2005, the store underwent a small remodeling, which includes a new walk-in beverage cooler, the addition of another register to better serve our customers and a larger front end of the store.

In addition to selling groceries, the market has a bakery, makes fresh subs, and a new rotissery was added that offers a variety of meats that are ready to serve.
